Exciting New Classes at MetaFitness & Wellness!

For supporting the programs and classes at MetaFitness & Wellness. This is YOUR Fitness Studio! I am constantly striving to provide you with friendly, professional and caring service along with all of the programs and classes you’d like to see offered.

I don’t have all of the setting in place yet to have pictures and headings in my blog area, but I didn’t want to wait to let you know about the exciting classes coming up…..

New Classes Starting April 9, 2010


Gentle Hatha Yoga Class with Priya

Fridays at 5:15 p.m.

Priya is teaching Gentle Hatha Yoga on Mondays at 5:15 p.m. and has had requests to add another Yoga class, so here it is! No experience is necessary.

Yoga Meditation with Priya

Fridays at 6:30 p.m.

Learn different meditation techniques, breathing, and gentle movement. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.

Pilates with Judy – Starting April 28, 2010

Wednesdays at 4 p.m.

There have been requests for another Pilates class and I am happy to oblige. Join us for matwork pilates using small stability balls, resistance bands, toning balls and gliding discs. No experience is necessary.

Seniors’ Gentle Fit

Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.

Let me know if you are interested and we’ll start a class as soon as we have enough interest.
